Palm Beach Gardens Agents Who Live in Avenir Take Episodes of American Dream TV Inside Avenir

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - EntSun -- Lisa Treu, CEO of Treu Group Real Estate and a Palm Beach County agent since 1989, and her husband and business partner, Steve Treu, live in Avenir and sell there. Two American Dream TV episodes show the community from that point of view.

"Thinking About Avenir? Watch This Before You Buy" tours the Palm Beach Gardens community with a Realtor who lives there. The newest episode, "Inside the Great Egret Clubhouse at Avenir," was released October 10, 2026. It shows the clubhouse that opened in early August on 13 acres, with a resort-style pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a spa. Both stream on The American Dream Network, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and Roku.

"We built our home here, we live here, and we sell here," Treu said. "When a buyer asks what the clubhouse is really like or what the build process looks like, I am telling them what we see on a regular day."

Steve Treu holds a Construction Engineering degree from Purdue University and spent 17 years managing commercial construction projects before joining real estate. "Lisa knows the market and the negotiation," he said. "I know how a building goes together. When we walk a new home with a buyer, we cover both."
