Nova Classical STEM Academy to host BBQ Summer Bash Open House on June 20

FORT MYERS, Fla. - EntSun -- Nova Classical STEM Academy, opening in August 2026 as the first school in the world to integrate a Classical education model with STEM learning, will host a BBQ Summer Bash community open house on Saturday, June 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. at its Fort Myers campus, located at 7101 Banway Road. The event is free and open to the public.

Designed to connect prospective and current families with the Nova Classical team, the open house will feature guided campus tours, grilled food and refreshments, and the opportunity to speak directly with school leadership about the academy's unique academic approach. Attendees will also receive information on student enrollment and placement, hands-on STEM and robotics programming, and the school's focus on character development, leadership and academic excellence.

Nova Classical STEM Academy will open as a tuition-free public charter school serving grades K–7, with plans to expand annually to grades K–12. The school is operated by Discovery Science Schools, an experienced education management organization with more than 17 years of success leading high-performing, STEM-focused charter schools across Florida.
