Nova Classical STEM Academy announces third in-person open house following record turnout

FORT MYERS, Fla. - EntSun -- Nova Classical STEM Academy, opening in August 2026 as the first school in the world to integrate a Classical education model with STEM-enriched, project-based learning, will host its third in-person open house with various STEM activities on Saturday, Feb. 28, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at its Fort Myers campus, located at 7101 Banway Road.

The upcoming event follows a highly successful second open house held Jan. 31 that welcomed more than 200 attendees, underscoring growing community enthusiasm for the school's innovative Classical-STEM approach. Many families shared that they first learned about Nova Classical STEM Academy through friends, family members, colleagues and neighbors — a reflection of the strong word-of-mouth momentum building ahead of the school's opening.

Families attending the Feb. 28 open house will have the opportunity to meet the Nova Classical team and learn how the school blends the timeless principles of Classical education with advanced STEM integration to prepare students to think clearly, live with purpose and lead with integrity.

During the open house, families will learn what sets Nova Classical STEM Academy apart — including full-time gifted and accelerated programs designed to challenge high-achieving students and foster advanced academic growth. Nova Classical STEM Academy will open as a tuition-free public charter school serving grades K–7, with plans to expand annually to grades K–12. Guests will also meet representatives from Discovery Science Schools, Nova Classical's experienced management team with more than 17 years of success leading high-performing, STEM-focused charter schools across Florida.
