Andrew Mertens, presently a member of 3 clubs - Blossoming Voices, Speaking From Experience Advanced Toastmasters and TGIF Advanced - joined his first club in 2011. The meetings and the educational framework format gave me a huge boost of confidence and enhanced my analytical skills ten-fold.
The opportunities to grow were endless and allowed me to expand my skill set as a speaker, as a leader, as an event organizer, as a webmaster. Pathways' educational curriculum touches upon so many facets that are real-world relevant, such as writing a compelling blog, creating a podcast, managing projects, etc.
Effective July 1st, 2021, Andrew will be responsible for all aspects of education and training within the District.
