New Semi-Pro Football Looking For Coaches and Players

BOSSIER CITY, La. - EntSun -- The North Louisiana Football Alliance is currently seeking High School/Jr High Asst. coaches or Pop Warner coaches (HC/OC/DC) who are interested in coaching at the next level. The NLFA has a Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator and/or Defensive Coordinator positions open in the following cities:

Bossier City, LA | Longview, TX | Minden, LA | Magnolia, AR

Springhill, LA | Carthage, TX | El Dorado, AR | Arcadia, LA

The NLFA season starts on March 21, 2020 and will include a 10 week regular season with 2 weeks for play-offs and a championship game.

Also, players looking to join a team roster, the North Louisiana Football Alliance is looking for players to fill rosters for the following teams/locations: (players must be located in southern Arkansas, northwest Louisiana and northeast Texas)

Western Division
Bossier City Bombers - Bossier City/Shreveport, Louisiana (metro-area)
East Texas Eagles - Longview, Texas (metro-area)
Minden Cyclones - Minden, Louisiana (area)
Magnolia Roughnecks - Magnolia, Arkansas (metro-area)

Eastern Division
Springhill Lumberjacks - Springhill/Cullen, Louisiana (area)
El Dorado Lions - El Dorado, Arkansas (metro-area)
Carthage Wranglers - Carthage, Texas (metro-area)
Arcadia Rattlers - Arcadia, Louisiana (area)

Registration for players looking to reserve a try-out spot in advance can do so now by visiting the leagues website: www.nlfafootball.com/registration. Spots will be on a first come first serve basis, so if a player has not paid the remaining fee prior to try-outs, that player may be subject to lose their spot to an applicant who has made a full payment. In the event that should occur, the players initial deposit will be refunded.

The league is made up of eight (8) centrally owned teams located throughout the Ark-La-Tex and is currently a member of the American Football Association, AFA.
