New Guidebook on the Business of Acting Helps Actors Direct Their Careers

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. - April 19, 2019 - EntSun -- Author and actor's marketing consultant Joann Perahia has released her debut book, Unabashed Truths the Entertainment Industry Won't Tell You – A Guide to the Business of Acting. In this practical book, Joann shares an insider's perspective on the ins and outs of the business side of the acting industry, complete with step-by-step guides, resources, and questionnaires.

"My goal was to write a practical and easy to understand book that would help not only actors but parents of child actors as they navigate this business that has no rules," Joann said. "I answer the burning questions about the industry that often no one else will answer."
