He served 25 years as U.S. Marine infantry officer, where he led complex operations and built strong organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer within the energy sector, successfully driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and strategic initiatives. As COO, McDonough will oversee day-to-day operations across Nationwide Boiler while working closely with the leadership team to strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance company capabilities, and support long-term growth objectives. His focus on accountability, process improvement, and team development will help ensure Nationwide Boiler continues to deliver the responsive service and technical expertise customers have come to expect.
