With every major studio having their own streaming service, compensation must be adjusted for the new reality; moviegoers are choosing to stream a new film instead of seeing it in a theater.   And let's not overlook the price difference either. Disney's and other studios have charged consumers more than $25.00 to see their recent films online. And with the different Digital Channels in play now no Studio is really losing money at the Digital Box Office!

As more and more studios shift from theaters to online streaming, studios must be open to investing in its workers and the people that create the content. Failing to keep fresh content in the Digital Pipeline could cost a studio 3 times as much. In some ways studios will save more money by paying their workers a decent wage. There is a saying…a "HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE" can be applied here!  A happy worker equals better creative content for all the Traditional and Digital Channels.
