Jon Robert Quinn Releases Trailer for High Rise 6: Power to Escape

EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. - EntSun -- Filmmaker and producer Jon Robert Quinn has officially released the trailer for High Rise 6: Power to Escape, the sixth installment in his independent crime film franchise. The film is scheduled to premiere February 24, 2027, at a special cinematic event in El Dorado Hills, California.

Following the events of High Rise 5: Prosperity to Power, the latest installment takes the franchise into a new chapter of power, ambition, betrayal and opportunity. With the fall of Vernicci, the criminal empire that once controlled the landscape is no longer intact. But the collapse of one powerful organization creates an opening for something potentially even more dangerous. Two new cartels are moving into position, each seeking to establish control and claim what has been left behind.

In Power to Escape, the balance of power is shifting, alliances are changing, and the opportunities created by Vernicci's downfall come with consequences. The story explores what happens when an established power structure disappears and those waiting in the shadows begin making their moves.

What makes the High Rise franchise distinctive is its continued development as an independent film series, with each installment building upon the world, characters and events established in the films before it. Rather than treating each production as an isolated story, Quinn has developed an evolving cinematic universe where the consequences of previous events shape what comes next. The series combines crime, suspense, action, automotive culture and original storytelling, with each new production expanding the narrative.

For Quinn, the sixth installment represents another milestone in a filmmaking journey that has continued to grow through successive productions. From the earlier High Rise films to Prosperity to Power, the franchise has steadily developed its own identity, with Power to Escape taking the story into new territory.
