Manova Partners Moves into Nashville Industrial Market with Purchase of Fully Leased Gateway 65

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - EntSun -- Manova Partners (https://manovapartners.com/), a boutique international real estate investment manager with a presence in Europe, North and South America, and Australia, has purchased Gateway 65, a newly completed and fully occupied Class A+ industrial facility in Nashville's north I-65 corridor.

Gateway 65 is a 306,280 square foot state of the art multi-functional distribution and manufacturing facility with headquarters-level office space, 36-foot clear heights, 10 loading doors with the flexibility to add 45 more, and 4,500 amp 3-phase power to support heavy machinery.

The building was completed in 2025 and is the North American headquarters of a leading global manufacturer of industrial guarding and safety solutions, which holds a 10-year lease.
