LMJ's Lost Souls- Alzheimer's Fund Receives Surprise $10,000 Donation from REV Entertainment During Schaumburg Boomers Ownership Announcement
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - EntSun -- Last week, LMJ's Lost Souls – Alzheimer's Fund was honored to announce that it received a surprise $10,000 donation from REV Entertainment, the new ownership group of the Schaumburg Boomers, presented during a press conference held at Wintrust Field on February 4, 2026. The generous donation was made in recognition of the tremendous legacy of Pat Salvi, former owner of the Boomers and long-time supporter of community engagement and giving back.
At the press event commemorating REV Entertainment's purchase of the Schaumburg Boomers, a franchise bought in 2012 by Pat and Lindy Salvi and beloved throughout the Chicagoland community, attendees were treated to a heartfelt moment when REV Entertainment leadership announced their gift to LMJ's Lost Souls.

"We were completely taken by surprise and deeply moved," said Kari-Ann Ryan, Co-Founder of LMJ's Lost Souls- Alzheimer's Fund. "This contribution from REV Entertainment, made in honor of Pat Salvi's years of community leadership and his support of giving back will directly impact families and individuals navigating the challenges of this disease."
The donation reflects both REV Entertainment's commitment to community involvement and its recognition of the Salvi family's longstanding dedication to meaningful causes in the region. Michael Larson, Vice President & General Manager of the Schaumburg Boomers, played a pivotal role in making the donation announcement possible and has been praised by LMJ's Lost Souls for his support and collaboration. He has been instrumental in helping LMJ's Lost Souls raise over $40,000 through a partnership in executing the Alzheimer's Awareness Boomers Baseball game held yearly for the past seven years.
