Keells Leverages Cyntexa and Salesforce to Redefine Customer Loyalty with Digital Innovation

Using innovations from Cyntexa and Salesforce Loyalty Management, Keells has been able to successfully roll out the new Keells' Nexus Loyalty Program.
SAN FRANCISCO - EntSun -- Cyntexa, today announced that Keells has experienced enhanced customer engagement and loyalty with the help of Salesforce technology and the expertise of Cyntexa. Cyntexa is using Salesforce Loyalty Management to help Keells see faster results and get the most from the Salesforce platform.
Keells sought assistance with customer management, including streamlining enrollment processes and managing customer data. To enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency, it was essential for Keells to streamline the process of redemption and accrual of loyalty points and address the existing delays. Keells' vision was to have a well-aligned loyalty process that could assist in offering personalized offers and rewards to its customers.
