Maginn expressed his excitement about this opportunity, stating that he founded Jenzabar 26 years ago in the basement of his Harvard Square home. Maginn previously served as CEO for nearly 20 years from 2001 to 2019 and has been a leader on the Board since Jenzabar's inception. D. Mills has witnessed Maginn's enormous talent during his over 15-year tenure as a Director and believes he is the right person to lead Jenzabar at this time.
