Maginn expressed his excitement about this opportunity, stating that he founded Jenzabar 26 years ago in the basement of his Harvard Square home. He has since served continuously as a Director on the Board, Chairman, and CEO, playing a crucial role in bringing Jenzabar to its current position as a top player in the higher education technology market. As an investor and operator, Maginn has been involved in the success of numerous companies but considers the growth and success of Jenzabar to be of utmost importance. Maginn previously served as CEO for nearly 20 years from 2001 to 2019 and has been a leader on the Board since Jenzabar's inception. D. Mills has witnessed Maginn's enormous talent during his over 15-year tenure as a Director and believes he is the right person to lead Jenzabar at this time.
