His experience at Tapp Label Technologies also gave him firsthand knowledge of the risks of not having the right sell-side advisory team and the emotional journey entrepreneurs face during an exit. His leadership at Meritage Specialty Packaging further demonstrated his ability to drive business transformation, spearheading the development of innovative and sustainable packaging technologies that continue to shape the industry.
