Issio Adds HCA As New Customer

EntSun - May 11, 2015 - SAN FRANCISCO -- Issio Solutions, Inc., an industry leader in productivity management and workflow solutions for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals, announced today that it has entered into a master services agreement with HCA (NYSE: HCA). HCA's Far West Division's seven (7) ASCs are the first to implement Issio Productivity Manager.

The Far West Division needed a solution to manage labor costs without compromising safety. Dakon Montgomery, HCA Ambulatory Surgery Division VP of Operations, spearheaded the effort. Montgomery states, "Issio enables you to schedule staff appropriately without compromising patient safety and service. Over time, the algorithms adapt to your center, taking specific/actual physician and procedure metrics into account. It takes the guesswork and manual elements out of scheduling."

Issio's proprietary algorithm predicts hourly patient volume and suggests appropriate staffing levels allowing Issio to bring efficiency and reliability to the staffing and communication process. Issio integrates with a center's scheduling and payroll systems to provide site administrators and managers immediate access to Overtime Tracking and Real-Time Staff Hours per Case data.
