• All programmatic gatherings celebrating or representing African, African American, Black, Spanish, Latino, Hispanic, Mexican, and of Color cultural heritages.

The operational activities will remain frozen under a total deadbolt until the following legal conditions are fully resolved and structural violations are cured:

• Immediate Custodial Release: The immediate release, remand from custody, and physical return to his lawful domestic domicile of Mr. Raheim Faron Coverson.
