LONDON - EntSun -- Hyperglance today announced the release of its new ServiceNow integration, helping teams turn cloud alerts into tracked work.

The challenge is getting those signals into a workflow where they are owned, prioritised, and closed. With the new integration, Hyperglance can create ServiceNow incidents automatically when Hyperglance rules trigger, so teams can manage cloud issues in the ITSM platform they already use.

How it works
  • Connect ServiceNow to Hyperglance in Settings by entering your instance URL, client ID, and client secret
  • Enable ServiceNow as a notification target when creating or editing a Hyperglance rule
  • Incidents appear in ServiceNow whenever the rule triggers, ready for assignment and follow-up
