Massachusetts Innovation Network Recognizes Highland as 1 of 3 Medical Device Finalists in Northeast's Longest Running Innovation Contest

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - EntSun -- Highland Instruments is honored to be selected as a finalist in the 2025 Eddies Awards by the Massachusetts Innovation Network, a program that celebrates and supports some of the commonwealth's most promising emerging technology companies. Highland is one of only three finalists in the Medical Devices category.

Inspired by Thomas Edison, the Eddies is the northeast's longest running innovation competition. Eddies finalists spend 5 months engaging in a no-cost, no-equity program offering tailored mentoring, strategic guidance, leadership development, and access to funding and other resources.

Highland Instruments is developing ESStim™ - a novel noninvasive brain stimulation platform to help patients address movement disorders. As an Eddies finalist, Highland will leverage the program's resources to achieve milestones related to customer insights, quality systems, reimbursement strategy, and investor engagement.
