Health Pals Launches Ultra Pass for Predictable Healthcare Access

New $299 monthly pharmacy membership combines telehealth and medication access during difficult financial times.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - EntSun -- The Health Pals® Company (Health Pals®) has launched Ultra Pass™, a $299-per-30-day Pharmacy and Telemedicine membership service designed to make routine services and commonly prescribed medications more predictable for people navigating difficult financial times.

The Ultra Pass™ medication list was scientifically compared with commonly used prescription drugs in the United States. It found that Ultra Pass™ includes access to more than 50 percent of the medications Americans use most. The company created the initiative as workers and families contend with layoffs, lost insurance, high deductibles and other financial pressures that can cause people to delay care or leave prescriptions unfilled.

Ultra Pass™ combines access to Telehealth, 280+ eligible Pill Pass® medications, weight loss treatment, and vitamin injections. The program includes $0 copay for services and free shipping. A valid prescription, clinical appropriateness, membership terms, fulfillment eligibility and availability apply. Drug, strength and quantity limits may vary. Ultra Pass™ is not health insurance and does not cover hospitalization, emergency care, every medication, every clinician, diagnostic services or the full range of specialty care. Health Pals® describes it as a bundled cash-pay option for people between jobs, independent workers, uninsured families and insured patients facing unaffordable deductibles or exclusions.

Ultra Pass™ builds on Pill Pass®, the company's prescription-savings program offering 280+ medications, with qualifying 30-count prescriptions starting at $6.99 and free shipping included. No annual paid membership is required. The affordability initiative is part of a broader healthcare model being developed by Clinical Pharmacist and Health Pals® founder Dr. Felicia Eddings, together with Federal Attorney Henry C. Service; who brings experience in healthcare regulation and collaborations involving the U.S. Departments of the Interior and Justice.

Service is collaborating with Health Pals® through Med Pals®, which is developing community healthcare infrastructure in underserved rural and urban areas. Its Kansas City prototype is located in the historic Lincoln Building at the 18th & Vine district, where a planned healthcare business hub will
support Health Pals' operations.

"Health Pals® is about more than just opening buildings," said Eddings. "It is about restoring healthcare access, creating jobs, supporting local providers and showing that underserved communities are worthy of serious investment."
