OLD BRIDGE, N.J. - Sept. 5, 2018 - EntSun -- Urban Tacos Mexican Grill is pleased to announce their Grand Opening this Friday, September 7th beginning at 9:00 AM, continuing on the 8th and ending on September 9, 2018.

Owner Vinayak Tatuskar said, "We're very excited about the grand opening. We've worked very hard, spent time learning the food business, and now our life savings are being put to the test. We love Mexican food and aim to provide a best-in-class fast-casual Mexican food experience for our customers. Every Bite, Fresh! will be our commitment."

Co-owner Meghan Tatuskar, during an interview, was asked about why they were opening a Mexican restaurant. "We spent time running a Mexican restaurant franchise where we gained a lot of experience, and we felt it was our time now. The first time we ever ate Mexican food was the same day we arrived in the U.S.A. many years ago, and it was love at first bite. We were amazed by New York City and immediately fell in love with Mexican food that same day. We feel blessed that we've been living the American Dream since."
