Fashion Meets Philanthropy at Ralph Lauren Palm Desert

PALM DESERT, Calif. - EntSun -- Ralph Lauren at The Shops on El Paseo is bringing style and compassion together in its first-ever animal charity partnership, teaming up with German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GSROC). A percentage of store sales from Thursday, February 5 through Saturday, February 7 will benefit the organization's lifesaving work – highlighted by an exclusive shopping event Thursday evening (https://www.gsroc.org/event/vip-shopping-event/).

The Thursday night event invites the community to shop for a cause while supporting second chances for injured, abandoned and neglected dogs throughout Southern California and the Coachella Valley. Guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres from Porta Via, champagne and exciting giveaways.

A sketch artist will create frameable pet portraits from guest-provided photos throughout the evening, while Kira, GSROC's beloved K-9 Ambassador, will greet attendees in person. For those considering adoption, counselors will be available to discuss potential matches with dogs currently available, showcased on digital displays at the event.
