Ettifos Signs MOU with P3Mobility to Deliver Next-Generation V2X Solutions for North America

ATLANTA - EntSun -- Ettifos, a leading provider of connected vehicle and V2X communication solutions, and P3Mobility (P3M), a U.S.-based innovator in V2X software and advisory services, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop and supply next-generation V2X solutions for priority projects and business opportunities in the North American market.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to create solutions that combine Ettifos' industry-proven V2X hardware and communication software stack with P3M's advanced V2X applications and services. This integration is designed to deliver a powerful and deployment-ready solution that supports smart mobility and transportation safety initiatives across North America.
As part of the broader scope of this partnership, Ettifos and P3M will work together to:
Ettifos and P3M aim to strengthen the ecosystem for connected and automated mobility, ensuring scalability, interoperability, sustainability, and deployment readiness in alignment with U.S. and North American transportation priorities.

Commenting on the MOU, Ettifos Chief Executive Officer, Hojun Kim, said: "This partnership brings together Ettifos' proven hardware and software expertise with P3Mobility's innovative V2X applications to create a powerful, integrated solution for the North American market.
