EmpactX gives affiliates access to Empactus AI's tokenization stack — offering structure, community development, token deployment, and post-launch operations — under a referral and participation model settled on-chain. The platform runs on Base, Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2, chosen for transaction cost and its existing wallet distribution.

The MPX token functions as the platform's participation and settlement layer. It is not sold as an investment product and confers no equity in Empactus AI LLC.
"The bottleneck in this industry is not demand and it is not technology," said Craig Shawn Williamson, Founder and CEO. "It is that the people who actually know these asset classes — the broker who has sold forty marinas, the operator who has run restaurants for twenty years — have no way into tokenization without becoming technologists first. EmpactX is the on-ramp for those people."
The platform integrates with the Empactus Tokenization Institute's credential ladder, with Certified Partner status representing the highest affiliate tier.
