DuWest Realty and DBA Commercial Real Estate Announce Merger to Form DUWEST

DALLAS - EntSun -- DuWest Realty and DBA Commercial Real Estate announced today that they have merged to form DUWEST, uniting two well-respected commercial real estate firms under one name and creating a stronger statewide platform focused on retail and land brokerage, tenant representation, investment sales, development services and property management across Texas.

DUWEST will be led by Managing Partners Scott Rodgers, Austin Schenkel, Perren Gasc, Will Walters and Evan Ketabchi. Corey Duhon of DuWest will be taking a new advisory role as Founding Partner.

DBA Commercial Real Estate, started in 2016, is headquartered in Dallas and is led by Perren Gasc and Austin Schenkel. The firm's third-party project leasing division has completed hundreds of transactions across Texas, from urban mixed-use projects to neighborhood shopping centers, while its tenant representation team supports national, regional and local brands including Shake Shack, Victoria's Secret, Hibbett Sports, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen and Whitewater Car Wash.

With 45 team members, DUWEST leases more than 500 properties totaling over 10 million square feet, represents more than 50 tenant clients, and manages nearly 3.5 million square feet of retail properties statewide.
