One registrar — BSI — sat with Boeing (2014-2024) on ANAB's Management System Accreditation Committee, empowered to grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications.

Boeing has not been AS9100 certified since July 2002, yet helped govern certification rules.

This is not oversight.

This is a certification cartel.
