Director Jason Holmes Puts Belvin Perry Jr. Back on the Bench in new Short Film "Shaky Ground"

ORLANDO, Fla. - May 2, 2019 - EntSun -- Short flim "Shaky Ground" from young director and filmmaker on the rise Jason Holmes digs deep into the important question of how wealth and race can influence so-called "Stand Your Ground" legal cases.

Florida wasted no time welcoming film back after the successful legislation's ink barely dried. FAMU, the Alma mater of award-winning director and producer Will Packer, welcomed Honorable Belvin Perry Jr. back to the bench in a law drama short film that's set to hit the film festival circuit this summer.

With his new film, "Shaky Ground", Holmes is aided by Perry Jr., in this story as a wealthy defendant seizes the nation's spotlight in a controversial stand your ground case.
