AI adoption is increasingly taking place across employees, applications, data, and business processes, creating new questions around visibility, governance, security, and accountability. The roundtable will focus on what technology leaders are seeing within their organizations and how leadership approaches need to evolve as AI becomes more deeply embedded across the enterprise.
"Shadow AI is becoming much broader than employees experimenting with new tools," said Ryan J. Klein, Founder and Managing Partner of Decode Digital Works. "Technology leaders need visibility into where AI is operating, what information it can access, and where accountability sits. The roundtable gives executives an opportunity to compare what they are seeing and discuss how they are responding."
The California Technology Summit is part of Decode Digital Works' continued engagement with technology executives through its Executive Fellows network, Strategic Advisory Board, original research and perspectives, event coverage, and executive discussions.
