Craig Foster Graduates from Top of Virginia Regional Chamber Community Leadership Program

WINCHESTER, Va. - EntSun -- WARDENSVILLE, W.Va. – Capon Valley Bank is pleased to announce that Marketing Officer Craig Foster has successfully completed the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber's Community Leadership Program, a comprehensive leadership development initiative designed to educate and connect emerging and established leaders throughout the Northern Shenandoah Valley.

The Community Leadership Program brings together professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds to explore the issues, opportunities, and organizations that shape the region. Through a series of educational sessions, participants gain firsthand insight into key areas including economic development, local government, education, healthcare, public safety, workforce development, and nonprofit services.

Throughout the program, Foster joined fellow participants in discussions, presentations, and site visits that highlighted the challenges and opportunities facing local communities. The experience provided a deeper understanding of the partnerships and resources that contribute to the region's continued growth and success.

As Marketing Officer for Capon Valley Bank, Foster oversees the bank's marketing, communications, community outreach, public relations, and financial education initiatives across Virginia and West Virginia. He works closely with local organizations, chambers of commerce, schools, nonprofits, and community groups to strengthen relationships and support the bank's mission of serving the communities where its customers live and work.
