EntSun News/10726016
GREEN BAY, Wis. - April 17, 2018 - EntSun -- ACC Provides a Variety of Converting Papers Solutions
American Custom Converting is solidifying its niche as a provider of lamination and other services pertaining to converting papers and nonwovens. The Green Bay, Wisconsin-based company leverages its asset base of industry-standard to exceptionally wide machines to deliver value for a variety of products.
Converting papers and nonwovens into a variety of end-use products through a variety of core processes makes ACC an increasingly trusted partner for consumer products companies and other customers.
"In addition to laminating paper or nonwoven substrates to film or similar substrates, we provide a point of differentiation through our ability to use uncommonly wide machines to deliver superior products," says Mark Kyles, managing member of sales.

ACC uses lamination machines with widths of 55 inches, 109 inches (for water-based adhesives) and 122 inches (for hot melt applications). Its slitting and winding department offers the same sizes along with 84 inches and 115 inches.
Converting Papers and Nonwovens is a Core Deliverable
ACC's ability to maintain precise control of adhesive add-on rates and temperature makes it one of the leading lamination providers in the USA, with exceptional lamination quality free of defects even at very low tensions.
The company also provides automatic or bagged packaging solutions, medical laminations and quarter folding or large web custom folding options.
"Converting papers certainly is a core portion of our business, but customers are requesting more nonwoven-type materials as we move forward," Kyles says. "Our ability to provide a variety of downstream converting solutions reduces costs for our customers and makes us the partner of choice in a growing number of industries."
