EntSun News/11088434
BETHESDA, Md. - EntSun -- While artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries at the enterprise level, Chandra Donelson is working to ensure the next generation is prepared to navigate it.
At the inaugural Data Detective Fest held at the KID Museum, Donelson welcomed 509 students, families, and educators for a day of immersive, hands-on learning focused on data, AI, and problem-solving.
The event combined interactive experiences with real-world application, featuring partner organizations that hosted STEM-focused booths where participants explored concepts in data literacy, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
At the center of the event was Donelson's mission to make complex topics accessible—particularly for young learners.

In addition to the programming, Donelson partnered with tech organizations and authors to donate $20,000 worth of books, providing attendees with tangible resources to continue learning beyond the event.
The event reflects a broader push to expand data literacy outside of traditional corporate environments and into communities and classrooms. By combining education, access, and engagement, Data Detective Fest highlights the growing recognition that preparing for an AI-driven future must begin early.
As industries continue to evolve, initiatives like this underscore a critical point: the future of AI will not only be shaped by today's leaders, but by the curiosity and capability of the next generation.
