The recognition was presented at HomeTown Health's 26th Annual Fall Conference at Callaway Gardens on Oct. 23, 2025. The annual award is the culmination of nominations from HomeTown Health member hospitals seeking to recognize partners that provide best-practice solutions, high-level customer support, and a positive influence on rural healthcare delivery.
