Can I get a Refund on Volaris?

Volaris Airlines will facilitate you by the volaris reservation system. But, it happens many times that we have to cancel our planning due to some reason. And, in that case, we want our money back, which we have invested in purchasing the flight tickets.

But, the question arises that if we can get a refund on canceling our trip on Volaris. The answer in one word is 'Yes', but you will have to fulfill some terms and conditions. Your domestic flight can be canceled on Volaris and you can get a refund within 24 hours after the purchase of the ticket. But, you should not have checked in for the flight either online by volaris reservation or at the airport's check-in counter. If your flight has to depart within 24 hours after your ticket purchase, then you can go for cancellation at least 3 hours before the departure of the flight, but in this case also, you should not have checked in for the flight.

You will have to provide your reservation code, PNR number, your correct name, and your registered e-mail, along with a copy of your bank account and your official id to get the refund.

If you will cancel a round flight, then you will get a refund which comprises the total money of the tickets of both flight segments. You cannot cancel only one flight or segment. You should not have to check in for the flight either by Volaris reservation or at the check-in counter itself.

If you fulfill the respective terms and conditions, then you will get your refund in your original form of payment, but your payment method should permit it.

If you have gone for a package, then you will not get your refund unless each of the service providers of the package returns their respective refunds.

In case of ticket booking by a Travel Agency, you will have to contact its members to get your refund.

If you have booked a ticket for a round trip and with several connections, and you want to use all the segments excluding one, then you will have to notify Volaris that you are going to use all the segments excluding one, so that you may board the flight not flown within 24 hours. In this case, the segment being boarded by you will not be refunded.

You will have to fulfill all these terms and conditions to get a refund from Volaris or Volaris reservation.
