Brampton Entrepreneurs Turn to Practical AI

Brampton partnership aims to make AI practical for busy entrepreneurs

BRAMPTON, Ontario - EntSun -- Eber Technologies and Landed for Success join forces to help small and medium-sized businesses automate repetitive work without losing the human connection

For many entrepreneurs—especially those building a new life and business in Canada—running a company means doing almost everything themselves.

They answer customer questions, manage appointments, follow up with leads, request reviews and handle administrative work, often while serving customers and supporting their families.

A new partnership between Eber Technologies and Landed for Success aims to show entrepreneurs how practical technology can help their businesses continue running smoothly—even when they or their teams are busy or unavailable.

The collaboration follows an online AI for Small Business workshop delivered through Landed for Success's Tech Tuesday educational series. The session attracted small and medium-sized business owners, entrepreneurs and decision-makers interested in everyday applications of AI rather than complicated technology or theory.

Gordon Martin, Founder and CEO of Eber Technologies, led the workshop. Participants explored how software, artificial intelligence and automation can help businesses respond to inquiries, capture and follow up with leads, manage appointments and generate more Google reviews.

"A business shouldn't slow down simply because its owner is busy," Martin said. "Customers still expect a response, appointments still need to be managed and new opportunities still need to be followed up."

Martin said this challenge is particularly familiar to immigrant and first-generation entrepreneurs, many of whom build their businesses with limited staff, tight budgets and strong personal involvement in every customer relationship.

"As an immigrant entrepreneur building a Canadian technology company, I understand the pressure of wearing multiple hats," Martin said. "You want to grow, but adding more payroll or another collection of disconnected tools may not be realistic. Practical technology can create additional capacity at a manageable cost."

Through the partnership, Eber Technologies and Landed for Success will introduce entrepreneurs to practical ways software, AI and automation can handle repetitive work while allowing business owners to remain in control.

For a restaurant, that could mean answering common customer questions while employees are serving guests. A wellness provider could automate appointment reminders, while an event organizer or nonprofit could manage registrations and follow-ups without relying on multiple spreadsheets.

Jey Jeyakanthan, Co-Founder of Landed for Success, said entrepreneurs are looking for practical resources they can use—not simply conversations about what AI might accomplish in the future.

Eber Technologies and Landed for Success plan to continue helping entrepreneurs explore practical uses of AI through educational sessions, demonstrations and community-based business initiatives.
