The project was made possible by Welcome Home, Boston and is aimed at providing affordable housing options for qualified buyers. Income limits based on HUD data were refined and calculated by MHP and the City of Boston. Monthly condo fees will apply.

To ensure that potential buyers fully understand the deed restrictions associated with these condos, it is highly recommended that they attend the virtual information session on Thursday, May 21 at 6 p.m. Interested applicants can register through a form that will be released soon.

It should be noted that buyers will be selected through a lottery system. The deadline for lottery applications is Friday, June 5 at 5 p.m., so interested parties are encouraged to apply now for their chance to secure one of these affordable homes in Boston.
