The site was founded by Brian Cullins a 40 year old disabled man living in Schertz Texas that wished he could give a Birthday Bonanza for ever child that didn't have a birthday gift just like charities do for Christmas. He will be buying some of the gifts for children and he offers the site up for others to buy gifts for children too.
