Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR Hosts successful Luxury Home Specialist Designation Event

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - EntSun -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently hosted Luxury Live, an event to learn how to earn the nationally recognized Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club. Nearly 30 Realtors took part in the training for the CLHMS designation, a mark of distinction which identifies those who have achieved success in the luxury home and estate markets.

Offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an independent authority in training and certification, the training provided invaluable insight into marketing luxury home properties. The Institute's CLHMS designation is recognized as the gold standard in luxury designations and the official luxury designation of many national and international brands.

To earn the CLHMS designation, completing the Institute's specialized training and becoming an Institute member is the first step. Realtors must also meet the Institute's educational, sales, and membership requirements, including demonstrating production in the luxury home market by closing three properties (priced at $750,000 or more in Northeast Florida) within 24 months. The CLHMS designation assures buyers and sellers that the Realtors who have earned it have the knowledge and experience required to successfully manage high-end transactions.
