Lake Elsinore Unified Alumna Honors Retiring CEO Kim Cousins with A Cappella Performance at Pins 'N Pockets
LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. - EntSun -- Award-winning singer-songwriter Joanna Pearl delivered a powerful rendition of the National Anthem to open the 77th Annual Gala hosted by the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce this past Saturday evening.
Held in celebration of the Chamber's leadership and community impact, the event honored Kim Cousins and welcomed the organization's new board of directors. Pearl's stirring performance set the tone for the evening, drawing enthusiastic applause from business leaders, civic officials, and community members in attendance.
Kimberly Davidson, CEO of the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce, praised the performance and the artist's connection to the community.
"Joanna Pearl's stirring performance was the perfect opening for our 77th Annual Gala. As a homegrown talent and a professional member of the Recording Academy, she represents the best of Lake Elsinore, and we were thrilled to have her home for this milestone celebration."

Raised in Canyon Lake and later residing in Lake Elsinore during her high school years, Pearl's performance marked a full-circle moment for the community.
"It was a beautiful evening, and I was honored to perform the National Anthem and celebrate the incredible leadership and business community that continues to shape Lake Elsinore," said Pearl.
Known for her powerful vocals and emotionally driven songwriting, Pearl has built a growing reputation as a dynamic live performer throughout Southern California. An award-winning artist and member of The Recording Academy, she continues to gain recognition for both her music and engaging live performances.
