PHOENIX, Aug. 11, 2025 ~ Phoenix, AZ- Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) has announced a change in leadership for their Phoenix market. Ben Hays has been appointed as the new director of YPTC's Phoenix office, taking over from Deanna Peterson who has been named as the Nonprofit Specializations Director.
Hays brings with him over 25 years of experience in public accounting and tax consulting, making him a licensed CPA. He has been a part of YPTC for some time now and has consistently demonstrated the company's values and culture through his dedication to client service, leadership within the firm, and passion for serving the nonprofit community. In his new role, Hays will be responsible for growing the Phoenix office which serves the Southwest states of Arizona and New Mexico.
One of Hays' strengths is his ability to deliver the story behind the numbers, which helps nonprofit leaders make effective decisions and optimize processes. His colleagues at YPTC appreciate his collaborative spirit and leadership style.
