Female-, minority-, and veteran-owned Atlanta pickle brand showcases 35+ handcrafted flavors while announcing permanent retail storefront
ATLANTA - EntSun -- Atlanta-based gourmet pickle brand [PICKLES] by Evergreen & Market will exhibit at Natural Products Expo West 2026, the largest natural and specialty products trade show in North America, marking a major step in the company's national growth strategy.
With more than 65,000 retail buyers, distributors, and industry leaders attending annually, Expo West serves as a launchpad for emerging brands entering large-scale retail. For [PICKLES], the show represents an opportunity for expanded West Coast distribution, strengthened national partnerships, and deeper entry into the better-for-you grocery category.
The company will present its full lineup of more than 35 handcrafted flavors, including the nationally recognized Banana Pickle, the award-winning Ghost Pickle, and the cult-favorite Pickled Lemon — a lemonade concentrate used for gut health shots, mocktails, and culinary applications.

Built from the ground up at Georgia farmers markets, [PICKLES] has grown into a fast-scaling specialty food brand with retail, wholesale, and e-commerce distribution. Products are handcrafted in small batches using Georgia-grown produce, real ingredients, and no artificial colors or harmful preservatives. Many flavors contain little to no added sugar and significantly less sodium than traditional pickle brands.
The brand has been featured in AJC, Georgia Trend, Food Navigator USA, Neighborhood TV, Steals & Deals, and has previously exhibited at the Fancy Food Show and AmericasMart Atlanta.
Investing Nationally — Growing Locally
While expanding nationally, the company is also deepening its footprint in Atlanta. In April, [PICKLES] will open a permanent retail storefront at the Upper Westside Farmers Market, creating a year-round destination where customers can shop the full product collection, explore limited releases, and connect directly with the brand.

"Expo West allows us to bring our farmers market energy to a national stage," said Salwa, Founder of [PICKLES] by Evergreen & Market. "We're growing westward while continuing to build something permanent at home."
