Alchemist Partners with DHL to Expand Skills Training for Youth Across the Middle East and Africa

LONDON - EntSun -- Alchemist, a global leadership development company specialising in immersive, experiential and interactive learning, today announced a partnership with DHL Global Forwarding, the air and ocean freight specialist of DHL Group, to contribute learning content to the Ubuntu Academy.

Launched by DHL Global Forwarding and the International Organization for Migration in January 2026, the Academy is a digital training programme that equips disadvantaged youth in the Middle East and Africa with the workplace knowledge needed to access new employment opportunities.

As part of the partnership, Alchemist has provided two courses—time management and conflict resolution—to the Academy's soft skills curriculum. The content is designed to help learners build core capabilities that support strong performance at work and future growth.

The programme aims to train more than 10,000 people over the coming years through AI-enabled, self-paced learning. In addition to logistics training, the curriculum includes professional development that can help learners build confidence, manage responsibilities, and succeed in a range of employment settings.
