Activated Health & Wellness Opens in Gilbert, Arizona

GILBERT, Ariz. - EntSun -- Dr. Melody Medawar Rodarte, DO, FACP and owner of Activated Health & Wellness is pleased to announce the opening of her new practice at 1485 S. Gilbert Road, Suite 104.  Doors officially open at 9am on Wednesday, November 6.

Activated Health & Wellness is an exciting new medical practice dedicated to providing personalized, whole patient care.  Dr. Rodarte provides Medical Weight Loss services including and not limited to:

• Hypertension
• Hyperlipidemia
• Arthritis
• Sleep Apnea
• Autoimmune and gut health issues

Dr. Rodarte also provides personalized medicine – care plans customized to each patient's healthcare needs, medical aesthetics including Botox, fillers and professional skin care needs.

When asked what motivated her to open her own practice, Dr. Rodarte replied, "I'm inspired by making a DIFFERENCE. I've always appreciated a team approach to healthcare.  This passion was ignited secondary to two major events - my mom's battle with breast cancer (twice) and my son's autoimmune illness.  A team of experts that work together on one individual's personalized healthcare needs - that's the difference. Integrative, whole-person care. I needed more than to rely upon the unreliability of pharmaceutical and medical insurance industries. My approach to medicine was changing for the better – and so was my practice. That's what inspired me to open Activated Health & Wellness."
