Zendesk Completes Acquisition of Klaus

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 12, 2024 ~ Zendesk, a leading customer service software company, has recently announced the completion of its acquisition of Klaus, an industry-leading AI-powered quality management platform. This strategic move is part of Zendesk's ongoing efforts to enhance its Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions, which already include Tymeshift, a modern workforce management tool exclusively designed for Zendesk.

According to Adrian McDermott, chief technology officer at Zendesk, workforce engagement management is crucial for businesses to not only meet but exceed customer expectations. He believes that traditional satisfaction scores are not enough to provide a comprehensive understanding of a company's service gaps and opportunities for improvement. With Klaus now part of their WEM portfolio, Zendesk can offer businesses the best AI-powered automated quality assurance in the market.
