Join us for a nourishing and soul-soothing half-day retreat designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge. This special event weaves together the deeply restorative practices of Yin Yoga, Live Sound Healing, and Somatic Movement, culminating in a community potluck gathering to share food, conversation, and connection.

What to Expect:

🧘 Yin Yoga & Live Soundbath
Settle into stillness as long-held Yin Yoga poses guide your body into deep release, accompanied by the healing vibrations of a live soundbath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. Yin Yoga with Dana Humphrey, Live Flute Soundbath with Onel Mulet.

💃 Somatic Movement
Explore mindful, intuitive movement to release stored tension, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and awaken your natural vitality. Somatic Movement guided by Monica Bennett.

After our practices, we'll come together to nourish not just our bodies but also our spirits—through shared food and heartfelt connection. Bring a dish to share and enjoy a relaxed, informal gathering with fellow retreat-goers.

Whether you're seeking stillness, connection, or simply a moment to breathe deeply, this retreat offers the perfect space to reset and return to your center.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (We will have these available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer)
• Comfortable clothes for movement
• A dish to share for the potluck
• Water bottle
• Journal (optional)

Open to all levels. No previous Yoga or movement experience needed. Just bring your open heart and willingness to slow down.
