Wisconsin Family Makes the Big Move to Magnolia Green

MOSELEY, Va. - EntSun -- After years of dreaming, the Green family has officially moved from Wisconsin to Virginia to become the newest members of Magnolia Green's vibrant and growing community.

"We first visited Magnolia Green two years ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since," said Mr. Green.

The Green family first visited Magnolia Green to learn more about the community. For the Greens, it was love at first sight, and with the help of the builder teams and marketing manager Michelle Atkins, the family toured neighborhoods and explored a variety of home styles.

The Greens' main reasons for moving to Magnolia Green were the incredible school system, amazing amenities, and the family-friendly community. The family chose the new section of Legacy Park due to the quality of homes by Mungo Homes, the neighborhood sense of community, and the proximity to Moseley Elementary.

They moved into a temporary home in Glenmoor Oaks in early August– while waiting for the completion of their new home– and began to explore their new community.

"We liked the option to temporarily live in Glenmoor Oaks while our home was being completed," added Green. "It allowed us to get our family settled in Magnolia Green before the school year started."

Mr. Green and his family also noted their excitement at taking advantage of the many amenities Magnolia Green has to offer.

"We went to the Aquatic Center for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing!" said Green.

When asked what advice he had for others considering a move to Magnolia Green, he made his feelings known: "Hurry before lots sell out!"

Now officially part of the community, the family is eager to put down roots in their new home.

"We are so happy to be able to join this wonderful community," said Green.
