Winnipeg AI Company Opens ARIA Wave-1 to Canadian Businesses

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - EntSun -- Simplification Inc. launched ARIA and opened Wave-1 invitations to twenty-five  Canadian businesses across four (4) segments: healthcare clinics, bilingual retail brands, startups, and ecommerce owners. ARIA answers customer messages on ten (10) channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, web chat and email, and recognizes the same customer across all of them.

Every message runs a twelve (12)-step pipeline. ARIA resolves who the customer is, recalls what happened before, checks the request against the operator's compliance rules, drafts a reply that cites its own source, and writes an audit record. The operator can open any reply and see exactly why ARIA said it.
