WEFiT Hosts HYROX Under the Lights in Winter Park on Friday November 21st 5:30pm -10:30pm

"HYROX Under the Lights is about more than competition; it's about progress, teamwork, and pushing yourself to new limits alongside others who share the same drive."

The HYROX Simulation replicates official race conditions, alternating 1 km runs with eight functional fitness stations, including:

• SkiErg
• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Rowing
• Farmer's Carry
• Sandbag Lunges
• Wall Balls

Athletes can register to compete in Singles, Doubles, or Relay divisions, making the event accessible to every fitness level.  Limited spots are available.
