The Westport Hosts Landmark Fundraiser for Positive Educational Partnerships (PEP)

CHICO, Calif. - EntSun -- The Westport, Downtown Chico's premier historic event venue, is proud to highlight the success of the recent fundraising gala held for Positive Educational Partnerships (PEP) on November 20, 2025. The evening brought together local educators, business leaders, and community advocates to support PEP's mission of bridging the gap between community resources and local schools.

The event, held in The Westport's 11,000-square-foot historic ballroom, served as a vital platform for PEP to share its vision for the future of Chico's students. Under the leadership of Todd and Keri Dowell, PEP has become a cornerstone for educational equity in the region, providing teachers and schools with the direct support they need to ensure every student can thrive.
