The Moms Dance Party™ Hits Salt Lake City With the Ultimate Self-Care Night Out

Moms Feelin' Themselves (MFT) announces its signature experience, The Mom Dance Party™ — hailed as a 'nationwide craze' by NBC's TODAY — will hold its inaugural Salt Lake City party on November 6. The event is promoted in partnership with AEG Presents, bringing tour-level production and a powerful reminder that moms' mental health deserves center stage.

The Mom Dance Party takes a trauma-informed, wellness-forward approach rooted in community, joy and neuroscience. The fully produced experience, complete with lighting, visuals and DJ sets, helps moms reconnect with themselves through movement and music.
