Saturday, June 11, 4:00 PM, Veterans Memorial Park (Westwood, NJ) -------Sunday, June 19, 5:00 PM, The Great Auditorium (Ocean Grove, NJ)
RIVER EDGE, N.J. - EntSun -- The Adelphi Orchestra welcomes audiences to its 69th consecutive season of "Music for All" with "A Juneteenth Celebration Concert" - honoring works of great African-American composers who left a lasting and vital musical legacy. Maestro Jason Tramm leads the Adelphi Orchestra in works by Scott Joplin, Florence Price, William Grant Stills, Duke Ellington, and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. Baritone Eric McKeever will be performing Spirituals by Harry Burleigh.
The orchestra will perform on:
Saturday June 11, 4:00 PM (Veterans Memorial Park in Westwood, NJ)
Sunday, June 19, 5:00 PM (The Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove, NJ)
The Concerts are free of charge.
These concerts are made possible in part by a grant from the Music Performance Trust Fund and a grant administered by the Bergen County Department of Parks, Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs from funds granted by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts

The Adelphi Orchestra is a professional, non-profit orchestra performing symphonic, chamber, operatic, choral, and dance concerts. For the past 19 years, the Adelphi Orchestra has sponsored a Young Artist
Competition and Young Artist Concerts throughout New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. The Adelphi Orchestra presents concerts with accomplished national and international guest soloists and distinguished conductors. Nominated by its peers for the past 6 years in the Jersey Arts People's Choice Award in the Favorite Orchestra/Symphony Division, the Adelphi Orchestra is a member of the Chamber
Music America and Opera America is a partner orchestra with the Carnegie Hall Link Up program providing in-school concerts. . For the past 69 years, it is northern New Jersey's longest continuously performing orchestra and a member of the New Jersey cultural community.
