South Miami Neurology (SMN) is an affiliate of First Choice Neurology, the largest private practice, physician-owned neurology group in the United States. SMN includes a team of seven neurologists, nurse practitioners, neurodiagnostic technicians, and support staff dedicated to providing comprehensive neurological care to patients throughout South Florida.
Mehle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She also earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Innovation, and she was recently recognized as a Distinguished Colleague of the American Academy of Neurology (DAAN).
She has held various leadership roles within the American Academy of Neurology. This includes serving a two-year elected term as a member of the BRAIN Executive Committee. In addition, Mehle has contributed to professional education and leadership discussions within the neurology community. She was a speaker at the 2014 Philadelphia conference on Small Practice Management: Tools and Reports, and presented Leadership Theories at the 2024 Denver, Colorado conference.
